Transportation

The conference venue is easily accessible by public transportation.

From Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK):
Take the Capital Airport Express of the Beijing Subway to Sanyuan Qiao Station. Transfer to Line 10 and travel to Zhichun Li Station. From there, walk east to the first cross and then north for approximately 20 minutes to reach the venue.

From Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX):
Take the Daxing Airport Express of the Beijing Subway to Caoqiao Station. Transfer to Line 10 and travel to Zhichun Li Station. From there, walk east to the first cross and then north for approximately 20 minutes to reach the venue.

Visa Information

According to the information from Chinese Visa Application Service Center, participants from the following countries holding valid ordinary passports do not require a visa to enter China for purposes such as business, tourism, exchange, or visiting, for stays of up to 30 days:

Participants from countries not listed above (e.g., the United States, Czech Republic) will require a visa to enter China. For these participants, an official letter of invitation from the Chinese Academy of Sciences is required for the visa application. To request this letter, please provide your passport information, intended visit schedule, and contact details to the conference organizer. This information will be forwarded to the secretary for processing the official invitation application.

Many conference participants may wish to visit the Forbidden City (Palace Museum) during their stay in Beijing. For international visitors, booking requires the official English website. Below are some useful tips based on recent visitor experiences:

  • At Booking Time:
    • Log in promptly at the release time to select date and time slot.
