Accommodations:

There are two accommodation choices: KIAS guest house, and Holiday Inn Seongbuk (Not to be confused with Holiday Inn Mapo). Only a small number of speakers can stay on campus, and the substantially discounted price at Holiday Inn is still higher than the KIAS guest house price.

For the sake of fairness, the Organizing Committee will give extra support to the speakers staying at Holiday Inn Seongbuk. Each speaker staying at Holiday Inn Seongbuk will be reimrbursed at the rate of $20/day ($10/day if Twin is chosen). This subsidy is not available for the conference participants who are not speakers.

The prices listed below are daily rates including tax and service charges.

Holiday Inn Seongbuk (http://www.holiday.co.kr/eng/index.htm)
Delux Double: $70 (after $20/day subsidy)
Delux Twin: $50/person (two persons in a room, after $10/day subsidy)
Please pay the full amount at the Hotel Registration Desk, and eligible speakers will be reimbursed the speakers' subsidy during the conference.
KIAS Guest House
Single: $50  (one person in a room)
Twin: $25 per person (two persons in a room)
The KIAS guest house fee will be collected in cash during the conference.

There will be a shuttle bus between Holiday Inn and KIAS at the following times:

Holiday Inn to KIAS: 8:00am on Dec 8, 9, 10.

KIAS to Holiday Inn: to be announced each day during the conference .

For twin rooms on campus, a priority will be given on students and postdocs (the rate is $100 for 4 nights). For the participants staying at Holiday Inn Seongbuk, a free shuttle service will be provided.

Note that a short city tour and the conference banquet dinner are scheduled on Dec 10 afternoon/evening. The conference closing will be held at the end of the banquet (with announcements).
